We are currently looking for individuals interested in performing mystery shopping assignments in the form of age checks. This involves verifying that alcohol is not sold to minors, in accordance with the Swedish Alcohol Act (Chapter 5, Section 5). As required by our client, you must be at least 20 years old to perform mystery shopping assignments involving alcoholic products.

As a mystery shopper, you act on behalf of a specific store or retail chain. The role involves acting and behaving as a regular customer according to a given scenario, while evaluating the store's service level. In some cases, it also involves checking compliance with age verification procedures when purchasing age-restricted goods. This specific assignment focuses on ensuring age control through mystery shopping. To qualify as a shopper in the age range where age verification is required, you must be at least 20 years old and/or be of an age that is representative for the legal purchase of alcoholic beverages.

If you do not fit this specific profile, you are still welcome to register with us for other assignments. We offer opportunities in retail, restaurants, online, and telephone as an anonymous customer or guest.

As a mystery shopper, you are detail-oriented, observant, able to follow instructions, and fluent in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Assignments vary in scope and duration, typically taking between 30 minutes and three hours. As a shopper, you choose how many assignments you wish to complete.

Being a mystery shopper is not a full-time position but a perfect side job that can easily be combined with other work or studies. You are paid per completed assignment.
